To get it, you need to see the advertisement on the xbox live dashboard.
Steps:
1 • Look for the ALVH ad on the lower right block in the "Apps" section of the dashboard.
(The ad space rotates between sponsors, signing in and out will refresh different ads till you see ALVH.)
2 • One you click on the ad, just go to the right, and click "Avatar Item".
3 • Download and Enjoy!
